    Surviving Work

(rules as they come to me)

    1. If a meeting has a specified end time, leave at that time, even if the meeting isn't over.
    2. If a meeting does not have a specified end time, call the meeting convener and ask when the meeting will end. Leave at the specified end time.
    3. Bring something to work on in case the meeting starts late.

Dear Blog, I'm sorry I've been neglecting you lately. It's not you--it's me. I've been busy with the start of the semester (three preps, one brand new for me, and all new textbooks in all my classes). I know I should prioritize you, and I will

My Comp II students are working on coming up with topics to research and write about this semester. Students will spend most of the semester working with one topic, examining it through multi-genre pieces and through different perspectives. I never t

Lily, T, and I were coming up with words and phrases that rhyme with "bath-a-rama," such as "I want to be a farma" and "I think I want a llama." Lily came up with "Barack Obama."

It’s work week again, which <a href="”" revisionspiral.blog-city.com="">I traditionally gripe about. While I’ve been busy all week and put in fairly long days (8 hours at work each day, plus about 2 hours at home each night), I
