    Surviving Work

(rules as they come to me)

    1. If a meeting has a specified end time, leave at that time, even if the meeting isn't over.
    2. If a meeting does not have a specified end time, call the meeting convener and ask when the meeting will end. Leave at the specified end time.
    3. Bring something to work on in case the meeting starts late.

    metaphors for writing

    Monday, 11 September 2006 8:02 P GMT-07
Whenever I teach ENG 121 (Comp I), I start thinking of metaphors to share with my students to describe how I see and/or teach revision. The metaphors that I use are always somehow related to other things going on in my life: After I trained fo

I am a type A personality. I don’t have all the characteristics of a type A, but I have enough to be solidly in type A territory. On <a href="”" pagoolka="" www.psych.uncc.edu="">this test, I scored 305 out of 380, with 380 being absolute
